Love the Mac Mx110. I have one myself.
You have good taste.
Hey, AA,
Is the guy in pic.3 working on the orchestra pit? :2thumbsup:
Heh, I actually own 2 of them. Does that mean I have really good taste?....
That's my son earning his KISS ticket putting together shelves for the mancave...
Tonight's progress....
Tonight's listening adventure was MR94B's/288-16G's on top of 816VI's/515-16GHP's with a simple 6.5 uF crossover and a DCR of about 13 ohms. Caps are old Sprague 118P's.
Impressions - The 816VI' are weaker in the low bass than the 604's, but the manta's and 288's really add more "air" to the mids and highs. Neither finding a surprise I suppose. Some great sounding stuff on SE 45's....
My wife doesn't understand, but this is what all the work has been leading up to, and what makes it all worthwhile.
I can't hardly wait until the weekend....:2thumbsup:
